This Privacy Policy describes how A Castle of Knowledge, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Mom, Dad; What About Me?! application (the “App”). The App is a Progressive Web Application (PWA) accessible via web browser and is inspired by the book Secrets & Principles of Effective Co-Parenting: Mom, Dad; What About Me?! by Arlayn Ladson‑Castle, JD, and incorporates The CASTLE Blueprint™.

A Castle of Knowledge, LLC is the operator of this App. Dr. Arlayn Castle serves as Founder. Dr. Castle holds a degree in Psychology, a Juris Doctor (JD), and operates as a Divorce & Life Rebuild Strategist. She is not a licensed mental health clinician, therapist, or medical provider. This App is an educational and coaching tool, not a clinical or therapeutic service.

Because this App does not collect or transmit personal information, there is no personal data at risk of breach or unauthorized access. The App operates entirely within the user’s browser session. No data is stored on our servers in connection with App use.
We are committed to maintaining the security and integrity of this App and will continue to implement design practices consistent with applicable law and industry best practices.
11. Future Features & Technical Enhancements
This App does not currently use artificial intelligence or automated response technology. If AI-assisted or other data-processing features are introduced in future versions, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly, and users will be notified prior to any such changes taking effect. Any future features will be designed to comply with COPPA, CCPA, and all applicable privacy laws.
