Long before I created Baseline Rebuilt™, I experienced firsthand what it means to rebuild after divorce.
Like many driven professionals facing divorce, I found myself asking questions I never expected to ask about my identity, my future, and how to create a meaningful life after the one I had envisioned changed.
I had no roadmap. Therapy gave me a safe place to process the emotional impact of divorce, and I am grateful for that. At the same time, I was still searching for a practical way to rebuild my life. I tried almost everything I reasonably could to work through the overwhelm, triggers, unforgiveness, disappointment, and shattered dreams that often accompany divorce. Some things helped. Others did not.
So, I continued doing what worked and stopped doing what didn't.
I wasn't creating a program. I was simply trying to rebuild my life while raising three children and moving forward one day at a time. Looking back, I can now see that those experiences were quietly shaping the foundation for the work I do today.
Over the years, friends, acquaintances, and referrals naturally began coming to me for guidance after their own divorces. There was no written process and no formal methodology. I listened, asked thoughtful questions, shared what I had learned, and helped people recognize possibilities they could not yet see for themselves.
Eventually, I realized this wasn't simply something I enjoyed doing. It was work I had been uniquely equipped to do.
Years later, I designed what I had been doing naturally into the structured methodology that is now Baseline Rebuilt™. It is my structured Identity and Life Restoration Program designed to help driven professionals rebuild with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
My work is shaped by lived experience, a background in psychology, my Juris Doctor education, and executive leadership roles in compliance, privacy, contracts, and strategic decision-making. Throughout my professional career, I have helped organizations navigate complexity, lead through significant change, build programs from the ground up, and create structure where none previously existed.
And, I bring that same strategic thinking, problem-solving, and ability to identify what truly matters to the deeply personal work of rebuilding after divorce.
I am also the author of The Morning I Couldn't Breathe…, a personal reflection on navigating the disruption of divorce while rebuilding identity and direction, and Secrets and Principles of Effective Co-Parenting: Mom, Dad; What About Me?!, written to help parents better understand and support their children after divorce.
As an Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine and through After the Disruption with Dr. Arlayn, I continue conversations about rebuilding after divorce, identity, resilience, and creating a meaningful future after life's most significant disruptions.
Throughout my own rebuilding journey, my faith became an anchor. Looking back, I believe God was preparing me for this work long before I understood where the journey would lead.
It is my privilege to help driven professionals rebuild their identity, restore their confidence, establish a strong foundation for the life they are creating, so they can truly love their life again.
